Don't bother with this, JT is awful and I would hope the snide comment at the end isn't on the link above.

Something about a jam donut or a burger, snide may be the wrong word, but he's taking the mick.

Doesn't surprise me. I don't know how involved Jay Z is with this album, whether he's helped produce it or whatever, but the fact he's even on one song is one reason I won't buy it.

Do you think he still deserves to be in the Memphis musician's hall of fame?

I think Justin Timberlake is actually a geniune Elvis fan because someone told me that he sang ''Heartbreak Hotel'' at one of his concerts on Elvis' birthday.

That was nice of him to pay tribute to Elvis on his birthday a few years ago.

Yep, he does deserve a place in the MHOF, unless there's a comedy section I'm unaware of. I find JT quite funny, just not today.

Guys lay off of Justin. He wasn't mocking him or making any snide remarks. JT is known as a comedian aside from being a talented artist. He's also a well known Elvis admirer and fan. Has even called him "his idol" in the past. His mom Lynn would play Elvis music to him from the day he came home from the hospital Justin has said many times that Elvis was the first thing he ever heard. He's also very good friends with Scotty Moore and owns a guitar used by Moore during the legendary and historical Sun recording sessions. JT has been to Graceland several times, both before his stardom and since.

And, yes it's true about him singing Heartbreak Hotel live during a concert. It was in San Diego in 2007 on his Future Sex Love Show tour. Here's the performance. Listen to the crowd's reaction as he mention's it was Elvis' birthday.

Viva, I do think he deserves a place in the HOF and I do think he's very funny, I just thought he was acting like a mug in this clip, that's all.

What a sad bunch some of you people are. Johnny Cash did this very same thing many years ago, and Elvis often used to take the micky out of Johnny. Thank God you lot weren't around then. Sometimes I think you are a little to precious when it comes to Elvis.
I actually get a warm feeling when I see young musicians today mention Elvis or sing one of his numbers. They are giving him the respect he deserves.
If it were not for him they would not be doing what they're doing. Think about it. Elvis started it all and inspired many, many musicians. Maybe not directly but somewhere down the line he was a big influence on everyone. Imagine Elvis as a tree and the branches from that tree everything that followed.
So, lighten up people. Be thankful he is still acknowledged.

You know you're right Cliff, ordinarily I find JT extremely funny, especially the "Dick in a Box" and "Mother Lover" skits with Andy Samberg on SNL. I didn't watch those clips you'd posted just in case I over-reacted . I cried my river but I'm loving it.....

Hey ! No problem. We are all entitled to our opinion. They do say that imitation is the highest form of flattery.

This is just a tribute. We all know that no one actually can sound or act like Elvis. Just take it for what it is.

He has a natural acting ability. He should stick to developing that talent.

This proves that Elvis would not have minded what Justin, and many others do. This is obviously a letter to a young Elvis impersonator

There are better ways to flatter someone than mimic them, just my opinion. I like that pic Deb .
