David Letterman's ELVIS WEEK continues with a great performance from 2008 World Champ Brandon Bennett!
This really is unbelievable publicity for ELVIS!!!
The question is- why is David Letterman dedicating an ENTIRE WEEK to Elvis? Whatever the answer, it's a huge boost for the King at a time when he had dropped out of the public conciousness for a few years.
I don't usually watch Letterman, but I read about the ETA week on Facebook. I understand he's a huge Elvis fan - didn't know that about him, either.
The timing was unusual, I must admit and I'm curious about why as well. I did watch on Friday night and enjoyed the show by the ETA - brief as it was.
Just pretend, I'm holding you, and whispering things soft and low.
And think of me, how it's gonna be and just pretend I didn't go
