George Harrison went to one of the MSG shows and he speaks of going back to visit Elvis before the show-he says when Elvis stepped out to speak with him, all tanned in his white jumpsuit and huge gold belt, he felt like so insignificant standing next to him...and that it was like meeting Krishna (even though he was a huge star and former Beatle).....but he also says he wanted to tell Elvis why don't you put back on your denims and get back to rock.
But Harrison just could not say that-he was speaking to ELVIS....how could he give pointers to someone like Krishna

I think people might be forgetting that Elvis was the biggest star ever. Most people were scared to death to be around him for the most part. We also know the future and what was happening in his life. These other stars probably thought this guy has sold more records than anyone on the planet and is the rock star of all rock stars, why would we offer advice to THE KING. They would want advice from him not the other way around.
