I can't tell, but where does it say it is a "remastered version" Thanks for posting.![]()
Hello! I was just looking around on YouTube, and stumbled upon this sample of That's All Right Mama from the evening show, and to me it definitely sounds like a remastered version, as it says in the description!!! Guys, what do you think?

I dream a world where man no other man
will scorn. Where LOVE will bless the earth
and peace its paths adorn...
Thanks for embedding! It doesn't say it's remastered, but I can hear the difference, and it says it's from "Prince From Another Planet". That's all. Can't wait to hear the real deal and see the footage!![]()

After taking another listen, it is the TAR version from the June 10 EVENING show and is definitely remixed, but no better than the sound on the original Afternoon In The Garden mix from 1997. Hopefully it's a rough draft version and doesn't sound as flat on the actual release.![]()

Well, what specifically caught my attention was the heavy and punchy drum sound and the bass saxophone/tube that just goes boooooooooom... boooooooooom... booooooooooom... during the musical intro and is more dominant on this version compared to the original release. Well, I don't know. We'll see.

Sorry but there's no remixing involved here at all. It was just run through a processor. I hope to God this is a fake Sneak Peak version or a rough draft to see peoples reaction. If everyone praises it, they won't need to work on it anymore. That means another 10 years for them to really remix every track like they did with the Special Edition of "That's The Way It Is".
Play the original back to back and you'll just hear more hissing & a little more bass on this so called new version.
It has to be ran through a new processor to keep up with the new audio technology.
But there's absolutely no difference in the level of each instrument and Elvis.
I hope my pre-order investment with DVD didn't go to waist.
There is Only One Elvis
I would have to agree this mix sounds little improved over the original.
Work in Progress!
Well, I guess we all have to wait for the actual cd... just 1 month or so!![]()

As I figured, it is NOT the actual remix that will be on Prince From Another Planet. Someone over at FECC who was at Elvis Week and heard the sample said it's not the one he heard and that it was much better than the one on Youtube.

If this has been posted my apologies, but i found it of interest regarding Elvis at MSG for 'Prince From Another Planet'
John Jackson, Vice President of A&R and Content Development for Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, and Ernst Jorgensen and Roger Semon, record producers for Sony and the team responsible for the Follow That Dream Record label
You hear the explanation of how the tapes for the new box-set were found.
Ernst.J. - "We can only do this if we can share these Elvis discoveries."
Roger Semon talked about the joy of repackaging Elvis’ product to make them truly representative of the key Elvis’ performances.
John Jackson, Vice President of A&R and Development for Legacy/Sony also talked about the excitement of these new Elvis projects.
They then showed the 23 minutes of film synced to Elvis’ 1 hour MSG performance.
