    Which book is better: "Elvis King of Hawaii" or "Elvis King of Las Vegas"?

    Which book is better: "Elvis King of Hawaii" or "Elvis King of Las Vegas"? Iīd like to order one of those books. But I canīt decide which one. The book "King of Hawaii" has three different pictures on this site: http://www.elvisnews.com/news.aspx/king-of-hawaii/13273 Does it mean there are three different books? Or is it all one book? If it should be three books, which one is the one with the pictures of his vacations in 1968 & 1969? Does anyone have the books? Which one do you think is better?
