So I had finished writing my "Elvis In Review" not letting Charmaine have a glimpse until it was posted up... heading to the kitchen to make myself a cup of coffee I put on the kettle and Charmaine is reading it out loud... taking in the images expressed... I place my cup down and take a seat... when she gets to the part of this little wide eyed girl... she starts to cry and I along with her... even after over 27 years of Elvis' passing he continues to touch us in a special way... even if you are not an Elvis fan... just knowing someone who is can and will bring you to tears... tears shed for a man who brought so much to so many... yes that little wide eyed girl Charmaine still to this very day... when she sees Elvis in concert or in photos or is reading a story posted to this group... sheds tears of sorrow... tears of joy... tears of love... David
