I am going to be a Grandma!!!

Hey guys,
Long time, no talk!!! I just wanted to share this happy news with everyone!! I found on last September that I am going to be a Grandma for the first time in May. On January 5 we found out she is a girl!! Today, I found out what they are going to name the baby.....Shelby Rose!!!! Now, what do ya'll think about that name?? Isn't it just the most perfect name??? Rosanne's mom's name was Rose so I assume that is where Rosanne got her name. And, we can't forget that Elvis is from Shelby County, Tennessee - lol
So, I am just over the moon with excitement over this name! I wanted so bad to suggest the name Rosanne to them but kept out of it and let them decide on their own - so this is just the perfect name as far as I am concerned!!! It was a very, very nice surprise!!!!

Hope everyone has been good for the last couple of years. I am doing well.

Congratulation Gail! I hope everything will be fine and in May you'll have a healthy granddaughter. My mother's name and my second name is also Rose. Nice name! I remember when we found this out with Rosanne.

I think the name is beautiful ; Shelby Rose.., beside it is taken from your best friend name.. also -hee hee just my poke of it , Yah,.. Thanks everyone!!! Yes, the Elvis connections are there!! And, the "Rose" part is my favorite part!!! It's funny how the name came to be but I was so excited when they told me. I know someone had a hand in that name knowing how happy that would make me!!!
