To remove a post on the death of HANK GARLAND from the main mb to OFF TOPIC,is strange and very sad.
What this man did for EP on his music when he used HANK first in 1957 on stage, then a year later in nashville for the I GOT STUNG SESSIONS,and a lot more sessions EP whould have HANK,till 1961.
In a interview with bass player BOB MOORE,he said that one day in rca studio b,he was talking to EP about roy orbison etc,and after a while EP said to bob that even tho the guitar players in the studio with him were of a high standing (grady martin,jerry kenndy) it was NOT the same with out HANK GARLAND.
