I love it! I really like the color contrasts, put this one on your site Chris, I would print it and make the cd just for the covers! Al

Hey Nightrider! had a nice christmas? hope you did!
uhmm...this is , i think, the first cover that's made by you that i don't like to much, something is missing on this design..don't know what, but there is something..and in my opnion you can't beat the version that spinout made a few months ago, hee is the version of Spinout:

This cover is in my opnion the very best cover on this board and can't be improved by any of us.
Butmaybe we can come close..you sure did give it a try! maybe you have to work this one out a little more! But good effort by you, Chris.

I had a great Christmas Patrick...hope you did too mate..

I don't mind you not liking it either....everyone has different tastes...so no worries. There are a couple of things that i want to change myself now i have looked at it...but i think the final version will be very close to this one.

I wouldn't have compared it to Marks wonderful covers...as it isn't of the same cd or anything...i love that too mind you.....it is in my top ten designs that i have seen...
This is just something that i wanted to make for myself and thought other people may like to have it too
    TCB Chris.

    Hey Chris,

Looks great, about the other replies, I agree that the one by Spinout is fantastic, I used it myself and it is certainly one of the best that I have ever seen! But you are correct in the fact that they are different tracklistings and there is nothing wrong with having two pieces of great artwork as opposed to one, I for one will make another cdr with your cover, thanks again for the great work! aL

Wow, looks great! Those photos really are sharp, and I like how you designed the back - very professional

The only thing I'd like to see added would be some information on the song titles, say recording dates, musicians, etc, listed on the inside part rather than the song list (since you've already got it nicely listed on the back )

Overall, a fine piece of work that I am greatful you shared with us.

Thank you very much for all your time & effort, mate

Yep..i thought about changing the inset. This only started as a CDR for the car...and i had no intentions of making it properly to begin with. I just love the pictures and thought that they deserved a place on some cd covers

Great idea though...i will have a think about doing that mate

I thought that the top version was too cluttered with the boxes around the text....thanks for your thoughts...they are always appreciated.

It seems i have more work to do on it before it goes on the site...

and have a wonderful New Year

    Thanks Jeff,

Your comments are always very much appreciated....glad you like them

This reminds me of idea that once appeared on this board...about sending copies out to members...shame it never got off the ground

Not bad. I actually think the tray inlay looks better then the front.

Thanks WildStyle...both are terrific pictures so it was a hard choice to make but that front picture just about won it for me
