I've already said on here that i think Adam Lambert would make a fine Elvis. Personally i think the press make far more out of the so called controversial image Adam has than is real.
OK, ready to 'stir it up'??? LOL! Here's something to get you all going...
With all the talk of big screen bio movies about Elvis, I was thinking of actors or people who could fill the role. In all honesty, I really believe he could pull it off.... what would you think of Adam Lambert portraying Elvis on the silver screen?
I doubt this would ever happen, especially considering what a controversial image Adam has.

I never looked for trouble but I never ran.
Well he might be good . But i think he looking a little bit to serious or nasty xD i think he would fits better than this other man Eric or what the name was he had xD
I think he might be very good regarding looks. But I don't think that he could be as masculine as he was if you know what I'm sayin. Maybe but I don't think so. Not a bad idea anyway.
Poke a little sock salad...
My opinion is Adam would probably portray Elvis better than most. He is an ardent Elvis fan and respects him highly. He is extremely talented and I'm sure he would do very well.
I could see him more than Eric Bana

You need more than just looks (i.e. some talent wouldn't hurt)
I think if the script is good, Eirc will do a far better job than anyone else in recent time has done in portraying Elvis
I never looked for trouble but I never ran.
What about Cody Slaughter? (ETA) He has the looks and can sing. I dont know if he can act.
Love Elvis...The Greatest
RIP Tommy
That's basically what I was saying with the emphasis on his unproven acting `talent'. Eric Bana has a proven track record as an actor and can transform into characters (i.e. Aussie criminal; chopper Read).
From what I've heard of Adam's singing, which I admit is not much, I am not a fan.
I just watched a few clips on You Tube and my opinion hasn't changed - I would not like Adam as Elvis.
There is a facial resemblence for sure but his style and voice is too, umm, feminine, to capture the essence of Elvis.
