Which version do u guys prefer, STUDIO / LIVE ?
If live which version, kinda like the one used in 77 on the EIC release, also FTDS Elvis As Recorded Live On Stage In Memphis
I love the live Memphis version in 74......
when my Grandma died last year we had the studio version........probably better for a funeral, just lacks the 'punch' of the live version for me. I'd
love the live version at my own funeral, but it probably is more appropriate to have the studio cut.......

Yes agree, also think that the ones on Good To Be Back + Dinner At Eight are possibly his best ..........
I like the song very much and I have many favorite live versions, but most of all is the one from "Just Pretend" CD(DEC 75)....WOW...amazing what he could do with his voice.....cool.

This is a difficult choice, given the difference between the studio and live versions. I'm going with the best live versions, though the studio master is incredible.
