All your wonderful feedback has really made my day. I was really nervous about showing my work. These are it for now, i have three more that I'm finishing up and one I need to photograph.

My next one is going to be big 1mX1.2m It may take a while to finish.

Those are amazing Julie You've captured the crushing of the waves beautifully! It's a real challenge to even try to paint that I've done some drawing and painting myself, but I've never dared to do that - so, you really are brave Thanks for sharing!

thank you so much marijaep and SleepyJack. I really like painting seascape. I'm very drawn to the ocean, we lived about a ten-12 hour train trip from the ocean when i was a child. I clearly remember the first time i saw the ocean i thought the sky had fallen (i was 4) then the sense of wonder at how big the ocean was.

I think that's why i like painting the ocean.
