Unfortunatly no Doug, They go Live at 7pm UK..2pm Est..1pm Cst. the shows are a minimum of 3 hours long. To Pod cast the shows would take so much work,plus a big part of the show is the live chat,with all our friends. hope you can join us my friend

If you have never been to our shows before..you will need to allow the active X ( A drop down bar appears,asking to allow this) then allow the simple plugin ( it takes just seconds,and is all perfectly safe)... I have put a post on the radio section to help new flatcast users,if this helps at all my friend..we would Love you to join us

maybe if someone recorded the shows using audacity and put the, albiet a long 3hour, mp3 on rapidshare for download later....i'm just thinking aloud...maybe its a silly suggestion.
