The only photos ever taken of Elvis and Johnny Cash together were taken at the Ryman auditorium in Nashville in 1957.

Odd how Johnny looks taller against Elvis in the first than in the second. I'm guessing it's because Johnny has cowboy boots on in the first and Elvis has dress shoes.

I'm not aware of a pic of the two together in the 1970s.

It's too bad Elvis was isolated to such a degree he never got to work with him again..

There where a lot of meetings of Elvis with other celebrities in the 70's, but somehow never a picture was taken! wonder why?
