Yes that is the 3 minute film, its listed in his top 40 films on the link I posted to his website.
I guess other avate gard artists see the greatness in Mekas's films....its lost on me!

Yes, it was - the camera zoomed around too much and was clearly done from within the audience

they were just pretty good at not shaking it too much and being able to keep the focus
