The next release from FTD will be a King Creole Book with CD, with Pictures from Pål Granlund's collection. The focus of this book and CD set is on the recording sessions with all the details and photo’s made during the recording sessions. The set will be released in August.

I'm actually surprised that FTD is putting out another book/CD combo like this, especially since they are deleting the ones they've already released. I didn't think the book/CD combos were selling as well because of the much higher prices on them.
