good article. Nicely done.
Amazingly, it's been 40 years since Elvis began his five-day session at Studio B Nashville, which led to some of his best recordings of the 1970s.
Hope you enjoy my anniversary piece on the Nashville Marathon:

Thought About This The Whole Week, What Great Sessions They Were.
Wish They ( FTD )Would Do Something Bigger Than The NM As Great As
That CD Is, It Would Be Great To Have A Special Edition Or Boxset To
Celebrate It Properly. . . . Come On FTD. . . You Deleted It For A Reason I'm Sure.
Anyone Else Agree With Me?

The amazing thing about an Elvis session was that when he was "really into the recording process" so much product could be produced so quickly.
Today it takes years for some artists to produce an album-they tinker and remix ad nauseum????
Work in Progress!
That is an excellent write up on the King Elvis, thank you very much.![]()
