I've spent most of the morning contemplating this question, and it appears that he considers external and cloacal fertilization techniques to be the more "dignified".
After further deliberation, you could arrive at the conclusion that Nic simply considers that intercourse involving male reproductive organs which more closely resemble those of the human animal are the most specifically distasteful.
We could take this into a debate about psychosexual self-loathing, but I suspect that only I would be even remotely interested

Seemingly, Nic finds swine sex particularly offensive, since he has highlighted pigs as a primary example of beasts which he would neglect to consume on account of their lovemaking technique.
I suspect that this is because they so closely resemble humans, from an anatomical perspective. Certainly in relation to a fish or bird.
After all, pigs are only a small DNA increment away from us (just look into their eyes ) which is why transplant patients often receive their heart valves, amongst other things.
Anyway- it's too close for our Nic's comfort! Especially while he's eating!
