Elvis and the Beauty Queen

Have any of you seen the movie "Elvis and the Beauty Queen" with Don Johnson? I think the movie is about 30 years old.. That`s the only film about Elvis I have`nt seen. It\s about the relaitionship between Elvis and Linda.
Is it worth watching?

I saw it when it aired on TV and last year, I found a online shop (gone now) that sold DVDs - made from the tv show taped off tv.

It's one of those, it's so bad, it's fun to watch.

Johnson is totally wrong and Stephanie Zimablist comes across a little frigid (but she did in Remington Steele, too)

I'd watch it again if I was just going through my Elvis DVD binder and playing everything in sequence. Or, I was doing a Bad B Movie festival.

Don Johnson was probably THE WORST Elvis ever. Weird that as I see this I'm watching WWE Raw from Monday on my DVR and Don Johnson is the guest host.

He looks good for his age. I'm glad he took care of himself.

I remember when this movie first came out. I was speechless and angry at the same time. Are you kidding me? Don Johnson as Elvis? The movie was just awful, IMHO. I did, however, think that Stephanie Zimablist did a nice job in the movie. Don Johnson..., REALLY????

I didn't like the movie either. I think it gives a very bad portrait about Elvis and Linda both. One of the worst movies together with "When Elvis met Nixon".
