Priscilla & Karate

Just got my Gladiator DVD - had to watch three times before I stopped marvelling at just how pretty Elvis was and got to watching the action!
Okay, I'm back.
Just curious, I know that Priscilla took Karate lessons, & I understand that she became quite accomplished, does anyone know if she kept it up? would explain the great shape she's in.

No, Priscilla didn't keep it up

Priscilla mentions in the Ladies home journal article from 1973 that she studied it for a year or so and then quit.

Elvis combines karate moves with dancing moves in an artistic way !!!!!!! he acts karate gracefully !

Cilla approached her recreational endeavors as a means of escape.
When the karate led to Mike Stone it had ultimately fulfilled its function and there was little need to continue practicing the martial arts element of that particular excursion.

Seems like I read of an incident where Priscilla came in to her karate class one day wearing the wrong outfit...she was wearing an outfit for the advanced class and she had an argument with the instructor so didn't go back to his class afterward. Anyone know more about this?

Pretty sure I would have let her turn up to my class wearing anything she pleased!
