"Elvis and Kathy" is my all time favorite but it's very hard to come by.

Imagine you met and fell in love with your Guardian angel. Now, what if that angel turned out to be, Elvis Presley? Impossible, that's what Samantha Bennett thought before her life underwent a King-sized change. Join the angelic series that started with Eternal Flame, and more recently Dream Angel, written for Elvis fan's, by an Elvis fan. "Let's pretend he just didn't go together"~ Patricia Garber.

The Best Elvis Book I have is "Elvis the Concert Years 1969-1977" written by Stein Erik Skar. Also the new book "Elvis the King of Las Vegas" is an exelent picture book. And of course "Last Train to Memphis" and "Careless Love" (Peter Guralrich) is very, very good.
The Guralrich books is the "Bible" among a lot of Elvis Fans..(also to me)

I enjoyed reading this one. He doesn't dismiss the drug use or the womanizing, but he doesn't get down and dirty over it either. Very funny stories, too. I loved one in particular - Elvis, Pris, Jerry and his date were in Palm Springs at a nice restaurant [I think, it's been a while since I've read it] Elvis and Jerry go to the men's room, and when he returns, he notices there's a line of people waiting to be seated, so Elvis goes to the next couple in line and begins to play maitre'd. Can you imagine being seated by Elvis?!

Just pretend, I'm holding you, and whispering things soft and low.
And think of me, how it's gonna be and just pretend I didn't go
