At the risk of sounding like a complete ***** : how can you save your pictures and where do you save them too, when using powerdvd?

I know how to use the small camera icon.

So correct me if I'm wrong here: I pause the movie and then what?
Nothing happens if you just click the camera icon. If you use the right mouse button you get some options...
But how can you save and locate your pic later?

I downloaded Power DVD and was able to get some very nice screen shots, but for some reason it plays the DVD at a very SLOW speed. The only thing I could figure out was my computer wasn't fast enough for it???? Any ideas, anyone?
