I don't know when and where he sang it onstage for the first time, but I do know he recorded it in New York, RCA Studios in Jan/ Feb 1956
"They poisoned you with compromise; At what point did you realize; Everyone loved your life but you...
...No one learned from your mistakes; We let our profits go to waste. All that's left, in any case, is Advertising Space"

Elvis first performed Unchained Melody on stage in Witchita, Kansas on 12/27/76. My next question is....When did Elvis first wear his Sundial Suit on stage? This is the same suit he wore in the CBS Special for those who may not be familiar with the name.

The first time he used this suit was in 1974, and I think that was in Lake Tahoe.

    Here is my next question.....
When was the last time that Elvis ever wore a cape on stage?
Won't you sing me away to a summer night, let me hold her in my arms again.

It?s been said that the last time Elvis wore a cape was in Atlanta, July 3 1973 (with the Today suit).

However, it is believed that he still wore them some during the next season in Las Vegas, August-September 1973.

Am I right, or am I right?

He wore a cape during the closing song only during a couple of shows on the March '74 tour.

In Tickle Me, he sings Slowly But Surely, and that was a bonus on Fun in Acapulco

    That?s absolutely right, elvis1970nl

He also sings Long Lonely Highway during the opening credits, and that was a bonus song on the Kissin? Cousins soundtrack.

So, it?s your turn to ask a question. (h)
