I am curious to know why all of these albums are being reissued again. These albums were available before and deleted from the RCA catalog, and now they are being resurrected again...

Probably the same marketing idea that Disney, MGM, Dean Martins estate, all seem to be using for years-stop producing certain merchandise send it
    "back in the vaults"
then bring it back for a limited time (usually years) to be sold like new.
Dean Martins estate has been selling his TV show for years with the warning
that "the shows will go back in the vaults and may not be available for years"
Disney has done this for years with the animated movies like Cinderella, Fantasia, The Jungle Book etc....

Excellent! Sony's Bringin' 'Em Ba-a-ack. It was always a sad sight to go to a store and find nothing but a few compilation titles available in the Elvis section.

    The Boulevard album...color me surprised.
