I watched "New Moon" last night The theatre had more people watching and enjoying the movie, than I've seen in a long time. The audience laughed and gasped.

"New Moon" was excellent - I'd recommend "New Moon" to anyone who loves vampires, lol

I was joking around earlier in this thread, and it came out wrong, with regard to what I said about Rob Pattinson.

Rob, in the roll at Edward Cullen, was very good, he loved his love interest Bella, very much. The love story within the drama was so very touching.

Rob, acting in his roll as Edward, was very good. He was attractive, because of his persona, acting as Bella's protector, he was brooding, caring, and loving. I feel that Rob was well cast.

Bella (Kristen Stewart) also did a good job in the film. I did see some mannerisms that reminded me of Lisa Marie. The way she held her gaze, the way she watched what was going on, taking things in quietly, I can see how some people drew there comparisions to Lisa.

I'm going to go watch it again,

they are sweet and lovely together.
It's hard NOT to imagine Elvis as perfect; how else could someone be THAT good looking, THAT talented, THAT generous & THAT charismatic

Well....Robert Pattinson is so great looking, yet compared to ELVIs he is like dirt on my shoe when compared to ELVIS. now I saw some resemblence with Lisa and Kristin...but that's it. Robert has absolutely nothing on ELVIs,but very interesting article. You're pretty sweet doll

I'd settle for just giving Kristen Stewart a piggyback through the forest
    'Taking Care of Beaulieu'.

Thank you guys for your imput on this!
I must confess something, when I was reading the Twilight Saga, for some odd reason I pictured Elvis as Edward. Corny I know! The thing I think that caused me to do this was the "crooked smile" Stephanie Meyer says Edward has. Maybe Stephanie is an Elvis fan?

    No - not corny

Have you watched the movie? How does it compare to the book/s?

Both movies stuck pretty closely to the books. New Moon more so than Twilight. In Twilight there's this scene that they didn't put in the film that was in the book and this is where Bella has this hemophobe moment and is escorted out of class. A lot of people I know thought that it should've been in the movie. Then the director added a scene that wasn't in the book.

New Moon was more based on the book and I think it was neat how Edward wasn't just a voice in her head like in the book when she did stupid and reckless things she also saw him too. You could tell that they had a bigger budget for this movie than they did with Twilight because Edward and the other vamps looked pretty creepy which was awesome.... even though they sparkled.
