I have heard your remix of T-R-O-U-B-L-E previously and it's really wonderful. But I hadn't heard this "duet" version before. Also really great!!!

Teddy has also made a great video. It holds together well without too many cuts. Wonderful job, gentlemen.

This is the Travis Tritt arrangement, which really shows how much more Elvis could have rocked if the band had played that track with more energy and the mix were good. The entire "Today" album suffers from a terrible mix. I like the rough mixes on the FTD release better than the actual album itself. Also I think that the alternate take of the song T-R-O-U-B-L-E is a better vocal than the album.

Again I may make a few folks upset on here but I think Tritt's is THE version. Of course without Elvis to teach him how to rock he wouldn't know how, but sometimes the student outdoes the teacher. Nothing that Tritt does is anything that EP couldn't have done and probably done better. It's just you got Elvis wanting to sing about heartache and here's a rock song that he doesn't seem to be too interested in. Then you have Felton who let's face it was no Chips Moman. I know he would tell Elvis to sing it again because I've heard the studio banter, but he in no way ever pushed Elvis, REALLY produced like Chips? The one guy who brought Elvis back because he cut such great records on him, only worked with Elvis once.....because he wasn't willing to sell his soul to the Colonel.
