Just who was Rosella Presley? Elvis' great, grandmother is a mysterious figure who had 9 or 10 children and apparently never married.
Genealogist, Lorina Bolig, author of Ancestors of Elvis Aaron Presley 50 Generations, recently decided to do some serious detective work on Rosella and her family. Scouring through all available documentation from US Census Data to university databases and births, deaths and marriages, Rosella believes she has unlocked many of the mysteries surrounding Rosella.
With more twists and turns than an Agatha Christie mystery, read what Lorina discovered about Rosella including evidence of possibly one marriage and a surprise son! (Spotlight, Source: Lorina Bolig)

Thank you for sharing dear![]()
Sounds interesting but what's the point? I've read that Elvis was a distant relative of Abraham Lincoln. Maybe that's where this book is headed to...Anyway she resembles to the old Vernon I think
Poke a little sock salad...
It is very interesting friend. Thank you.![]()
Thank you Franny for the great information.![]()
I dream a world where man no other man
will scorn. Where LOVE will bless the earth
and peace its paths adorn...
It's been said that Rosella was impregnated by her father.
Supposedly, they've more or less proven it now.
Never was interested in geneology though.
Thanks for this Franny.... but I`m going to have to read it in instalments...my head is spinning after that!!
I think it`s a tough job to piece together something like that from documents etc.... so much of peoples real lives never end up under pen and ink. I`m not too "into" the whole tracing your roots thing.... at the end of it all the story produced Elvis Presley....and,for me at least....that`s where the real tale begins!
Thanking you again Franny.![]()
What an interesting info !!!!!! thank you to share !![]()
He was the firstest with the mostest.
Hey Franny. I'm interested in geneaology and I found this article interesting too. I've also heard people say "Where you/me (or anyone) comes from isn't important". Why do 'they' keep records then? Thanks for posting!
