According to reports, Jason Presley was suing for rights to the entire Presley family estate. Jason claimed his father was murdered in 1977 and did not die from a drug overdose.
Jason Presley created a petition to the high court asking them to review his case. The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a case from Jason Presley, a man who is claiming to be Elvis Presley's son.
