This is the tracklisting of the new DJ Spankox "Re Mixes" album which is being released in cooperation with EPE. This new album contains 14 remixes and 1 video, the first edition comes as a limited edition Vinyl/CD in a deluxe digipack with a 24 pages booklet.

Nothing against it, but never liked the kind of remixes that this guy does.

I like what Alec Empire did ten years ago much better, or even the Live a Little / Rubberneckin' ones, Spankox sounds cheesy to me.

Many fans do not like if somebody messes around with the music of their beloved idol. But I have to say that I enjoyed most of the tracks on the previous Spankox remix album.

"Too Much" and "Blue Moon Of Kentucky" are my favorite ones, other re-mixes are good and some (for example "Jailhouse Rock" or "Dont Be Cruel") do not meet my taste at all.

But in general I liked the album and I am looking forward to the new one.

Even though I am a little leery of Elvis' music being remixed, I do understand the reasoning behind it -- to make it more appealing to the younger generation and to introduce a new generation of fans to Elvis Presley.

So in that aspect, I guess I'm o.k. with it as long as it's done properly...and I have to say that, for the most part, I enjoyed the first Spankox remix CD so I am definitely interested in checking out this new one!!!

So far of all the remixes I like ALLC the best. It was done extremely well and has not been topped IMO.

I came across this site a couple of days ago, unfortunately they are not to my taste I agree with Ken I have yet to hear a remix that tops ALLC

yeah i agree i heard some of the samples and i did not care for them Also I agree ALLC has been the best remix that has been done.
