Usually when I check in during workhours to see what's happening, nothing much is. In my perception most posts are made after workinghours and at night time, because in the morning there's always plenty to respond to.
Everytime I go to post, no one else is on posting, and then when I come home at 3 for the first time in the whole day, everyone has gotten down what they needed to say!
Different time zones really BITE!
