There are many great ones out there, the best Elvis footage is on bootleg imo

I actually got a set of 8 of the DVD's on Ebay, in mint condition for about $40.00. I have to say, that was a great deal.

I bought E.I.C. a couple of years ago. And it has a time code on the bottom. The color is washed out, and not real clear such as H.D. Is it considered a bootleg?

John, I actually have that DVD also and it's not really a bootleg because it was professionally filmed but the concert was only shown once on TV right after Elvis died and then it finally came up for sale in the bootleg collection. The footage just isn't near as clear as in his other concerts such as, The Aloha concert or the Comeback Special. There is a DVD out now called "Elvis in Conert Remastered" that has been restored and all of the color ishues and fuzzines problems are taken care of. I would recomend that you look at it online, if you want it you will probobly have to buy it online. It probobly will not be sold in stores. Ebay is a great place to find this too.

It is considered a pirate DVD.

A pirate is where bootleggers re-release officially filmed or recorded stuff either as "new" product or as a straight-out forgery.

A bootleg is where something unreleased is produced.

Piracy destroys an artist's sales and figures.

    Bootlegging does not.

    Long live the bootleggers!

Does this DVD have just the Special, or does it also include the two filmed shows?

Running time listed on the back cover is 122 minutes, so can I assume the shows are there too?

    Re: Elvis Bootleg DVDs

I am pretty shure that both shows are on there. I know it's more than just the special because it only ran 60 minutes. It supposedly has all of the outtakes too.
    Sincerely,

    Re: Elvis Bootleg DVDs

The In Concert remastered does not have the two full shows!

It has the original In Concert (in fine quality) and it has an extended version with songs like Love Me, Unchained Melody, the full Lonesome Tonight.

The quality is very good, both image and sound!
