Use of Members Artwork Creations

Dear Members,

It has come to my attention that many different web sites and organizations are using our members modified photos, wallpapers, paintings, drawings, and CD covers.

It would be nice if whoever does use these great designs and creations to please ask the creator/member permission to do so.

It takes many hours of dedication to design these exclusive works of art, so please be respectful to these great designers and ask their permission.

It's really sad when they use someone else's work and not ask for permission and mostly when they do not give credit to the person that spend hours and hours to make them.
It really is upseting and i wouldn't blame our members if they stop making their fantastic creations.

Thank you Tommy for making this post. This has long been a problem for me and other artist too. I've even had a member of this site (I know who it is and he knows I know) sell my art on ebay without my knowlege.

I think it's shameful and can't understand how someone takes joy and feels pride taking credit or profit for hard work they haven't done themselves.

It not only takes the joy away from me and I'm sure all my fellow artist in creating art for fellow Elvis fans to enjoy but the person doing the stealing or using of art will never progress and learn how to create art themselves.

I have to hide watermarks, put logo's on and not put up the full quality to protect my art and it's frustrating because I'm not being able put up the full quality of my work for my fellow fans because the fear it will be used to take advantage of unsuspecting fellow fans by selling it to them or using it to sell one of there products when it is free by me.


A perfect example of someone who has practiced and practiced and now creates fantastic artwork is you Tommy and so I apprectiate it that you think about others. Thank you and keep up what you do for Elvis fans because it is appreciated.

I hope you do realize how much all of your artwork, is appreciated by myself and many others Tommy, Bessie and Hcvegas. I wish there was a permanent solution to guarding what is yours and all your hard work.
