Does anyone know what month these photos were taken...or who the gentleman is with ELvis ??..I'm positive they're from 1975..maybe June??

There are other photos of EP with another "dignitary" ................ and EP kept one of them in a frame on his desk upstairs in his office @ Graceland.

What's on Elvis' finger? It reminds me of the things people use to play "bottleneck" guitar (not the necks of beer bottles--which are used--but the things made to achieve the same effect), but I don't think that's what it is.

If its what I think your referring to, then there band aids. Elvis wore them to prevent the rings from either falling off, or being pulled off during concerts.

It looks to be a bi-fold leather case with a badge in it, in Pauls photo. Could be the same case in Wade's picture, only he's holding it closed, between his middle & index finger.
