The passing of Rosanne has made me have a different view of my everyday life... this is just how i feel right now... I found a song which is suitable for the whole situation...

That was a really nice video i have since looked at my life after rosanne and i have health issues, my philosphy on life is live it to the full as much as you can...your only here once thats all you get one chance... something like this makes you look at things diffrently.

I always loved that song too buttonhead. Rosanne's passing has also made my everyday outlook on life different. We have to treat each day like a gift. I give my little boys that extra hug everyday and my hubby and I say "I love you" more often. The little daily chores that we all stress over do not seem to mean much anymore. I went outside my house yesterday and took a good look around. I realized life is beautiful and everything that is in it but it is only given to us for awhile. I could be sad and cry all the time or I can embrace what I was given, enjoy it, and be thankful for what I have. It is very true, we only get a chance to do this once so we might has well make the best of it.
Something like this certainly makes us stop in our tracks and think about things. Having said that, I going out and have a wonderful day with my family! I know that is exactly what Rosanne would want me to do.
You are exactly right Kim. Rosanne would not want you to be sad forever. She loved you very much as well and would want you to be as happy as you can be.
She sure will be missed here on TCB. She brought a lot of joy and fun to this site and it will never be the same without her.

Trust me guys - this one has taught me something I should have learned 30 years ago. I've always been the feisty one - the one too quick to jump on someone when they ticked me off. The last little "gail" remark was made the other night to Genie. She said something about Rosanne having a lot of questions for Elvis and I responded in that "gail" way only trying to make you guys laugh. I told Genie that "without a doubt I knew the first question she asked Elvis was who in the hell is Genie". It wasn't meant with a mean spirit but I knew it would make Rosanne laugh cause I know it drove her crazy at first as to who Genie was in Elvis' life. I know she laughed and I hope the rest of you caught my "strange" sense of humor.
Genie - it wasn't a shot at you - I think you got the real meaning - but if not, I hope you now understand.
I have learned in the past couple of days what really matters and what really doesn't. And, I really don't care if someone thought Elvis wore the Peacock suit when he really wore the Aztec suit - it's not worth arguing about anymore.
So, I'm sure I'm gonna be quite boring for some of you from now on but this is what my friend has done for me. She has taught me what is important what is not.

I read this comment and i was laughing, i thought it was your sence of humor...what made me laugh about rosanne we did a post on something a while back i cant remember what it was now and at the end of my quote to rosanne i put pmsl! and rosanne quoted me saying what does this mean! and i told her (pissing my self laughing) she saw the funny side of this and i remember she is from texas and i am from uk... we have diffrent sence of humor here but not rosanne, this is what i remember about her and it just tickled me.Originally Posted by TotallyInsane

Gail ... you have that 'occasional soldier' attitude..please dont get me wrong...because I do find your feistiness as really funny...
If heaven had its own verizon wireless or any internet connection ..I am sure by now Roseanne is up there checking us out n laugh...
This thing I liked best about our Rosanne besides (her wicked sense of humor)....and I believe that is why she made so many friends, was so loved, and is so dearly missed by so very many.

Buttonhead (I don't know your real name...forgive me),
You hit the nail on the head with this one. Rosanne's sudden passing has taught me to also live life to the fullest and, darnit, that's what I'm going to do from here on out!!!

I wish l had the chance to go back in time and say sorry to rosanne for not taking the time to see where she was coming from on priscilla instead of being such a hot head about her teasing cause she was spot on about everthing she ever posted. Rosanne if you could see this l think your amazing person and l wish l got the chance to really get to know you better and to let you know that even when l wasn't posting and just reading the posts your humor make me laugh and sometimes it would bring tears to my eyes over your wicked sense of humor. One thing rosanne has taught me..fight for what you believe in and never back down cause she sure didn't and l'am so proud to have the chance to see her on the board and read her stories which made me a bit jealous but over joyed that she got the chance to see elvis and even got kisses from him. When l came and read she was gone and it bought me to tears and boy never thought in a thousand years l would cry over someone l didn't know very well but heck the tears didn't stop for a couple of days and l for one will miss her but she is with her parents and getting lots of love from elvis so lets all remember to love the people in our lives cause we could lose them very soon..Your one of a kind rosanne and tcb world will never be the same without you.

Gail, I noticed that Roseanne didnt like Cilla that much,..and she would have good reason for that... and I dont blame anyone who dislike Cilla ..neither I would judge TCB world members who likes her... like Roseanne often said ...' different stroke for different folks..'..
enough of my philosophy.. its only 3 in the morning here in Branson.. I think i will try to go back to sleep... since i will have to work in the matter of hours.
