Hi everyone
I got a question that hopefully some of you will know
I was wondering what were Elvis' favorite t.v. shows?
I know he liked Hawaii Five-O but what else?
What shows were his favorite shows during the 70's?
I mean hour long t.v. shows and sitcoms no variety shows.
Live football.
I seem to recall Kung Fu being mentioned.
The fact that ELvis enjoyed Laugh-In is comon knowledge amoung fans.
You Remember That Donach Ya?

Some of Elvis' favorite television shows included Monty Python's Flying Circus, The Jeffersons, Good Times, Happy Days, and The Flip Wilson Show. His favorite movies included Dr. Strangelove, Patton, and the Monty Python movies. He loved Patton so much, he memorized all the lines. (source: http://www.tv.com/elvis-presley/pers...34/trivia.html)
I never looked for trouble but I never ran.
I remember "I Love Lucy" being mentioned and The Dick Van Dyke Show.
The show of jonny Carson.![]()
That apparently really got to him too, probably more than some of the other 'fat and forty' stories. A few years before there had been an incident involving Johnny's son in some backstage meeting in which he had acted like a hothead or a jerk in some way or another in Elvis' presence. And Johnny made a point to call Elvis to apologize for his son's behavior.
So Elvis thought a lot of Johnny aside from his just being the king of late night television. Then to hear him crack that joke...you can imagine how that might have upset him.
...you won't forget me when I go.
If your an elvis fan, no excuse is needed... If your not an elvis fan, no excuse is possible...

I forgot to mention that Star Trek was also one of Elvis' favourite shows.
