This "Pool Footage" is something new to me.Even if Elvis isn't in it,it still would be great footage to see.
The One and Only King of Rock'n'Roll.
If i'm to run with your theory that Elvis made some off hand remark - it is possible to edit that out.
To my knowledge not one of the guys has mentioned a TV crew filmed Elvis at Graceland for the CBS special.
The CBS Special is out on bootleg - it is a stretch to imagine that as the shows made it out; an interview with Elvis ( which would be the most interesting piece of footgage ) didn't.
Bottom line it is much more plausable that the Newspaper was wrong, and that the guys and bootlegers didn't forget about this footage.
As for an EPE conspiracy to keep it hidden![]()

EPE have made nothing from Elvis In Concert and probably never will. From a PR point of view it won't be released.
If it ever does see the light of day as an offical release; unless they create a digital interview at the pool they will have no footage as not one shred of evidence bar a Newspaper report confirms it's existence.
None of the guys remember it. It hasn't surfaced on bootleg unlike the rest of the EIC footage; the newspaper does not give a name to the source who told them the footage exists......hence it's more likely it doesn't rather than it does.
A film crew lumbering up into Graceland and conducting an interview with EP by the pool is not something people would forget.
Aloha and the 68' were Broadcast - why wait so long for a special edition...rights on songs has a lot to do with what you can and can't put out.
I have an Aloha DVD missing songs and a 68' Comeback missing songs before the Special Editions came out. That wasn't because EPE wanted to deprive fans, it's because publishers wanted more money than EPE were willing to pay.
As for the upstairs of Graceland to open up.
Graceland is a landmark - they can't go tinkering with the house, fire and safety prevents them from opening it - in order to they would need to alter the house which they now can't.
Besides I don't assume Lisa would like thousands of people looking at the exact spot her father died.

thanks for ur opinion..but like i said before...the CBS SPECIAL EXISTS ....and EPE are keeping it hidden from the public ..there terrified about the thought of oficially releasing it...for sure it will never be released..-thats really laughable -they got the cbs footage tons of outttakes complete concerts of that june 77 tour.... yet they wont release it...-SO WHY NOT KEEP OTHER UNRELEASED FOOTAGE UNDER WRAPS. same as there doing to the cbs special ..off limits forever...
actually i have heard EPE have transported the 77 cbs special along with the pool footage by helicopter to area 51...its new home to remain there forever
. EPE there abunch of silly minded incompetant peepS...

MY ELVIS WEBSITE[
]Elvis i WILL REMEMBER YOU..FOR YOU SING IN MY HEART..AND LIVE IN MY SOULmy Selena Website
Who knows, maybe he was slurring his speech so much that it made the September 1972 Aloha interview look straight as an arrow.
For all we know, It might have been destroyed. I wouldn't put it past Priscilla she did destroy all them pictures & movies Elvis took of her in bed. Billy Smith gave them to her right after he died. I don't know if I would have giving them to her..lol
Work in Progress!
Don't you "Elvis isn't dead, he just went home" (Quote from Men in Black.) I Loved that line! LOL
They only filmed his father when he riding which suspicious mind scene I think if it was exist MM must know that but they don't Elvis can't talk properly because of downers at that time beside there must have some photos but have not it is like Elvis alive rumors indeed.
If it does exist and I'm not saying it does, EPE will probably never release it because of the ridicule the Elvis of 77 receives. You only have to look at some of the comments on youtube during that time to hear how spiteful people really are.
I haven't hear this too not on video, I see A picture That Look liked Elvis In Poolhouse
Take a look at you and me,,Are we too blind to see, Do we Simply turn our heads and look the other way.....(Line From "in The Ghetto")
