Thread: Where would Elvis buy his clothes today?

Where would Elvis buy his clothes today?

What stores do you think he would buy his stuff today? Or would he prefer to buy custom made shirts and pants as he did in the '70s? Lansky is ok, but what other clothing brands are close to what he would wear in the '50s? Vivienne Westwood maybe? Or Zara? Top Man in Oxford Street? This might be a stupid question though...

Man, I wonder that too! I don't think it's a stupid question.... I don't know if he'd want to be unique and still wear those clothes from the 70's....or if he'd want to just wear jeans and a cool jacket or something....hmm...

I don't think he would wear jeans at all. IMO he would still be setting trends, not following them! He would get all his suits made in Saville Row!!

    Salvation Army, of course.

But in all seriousness, I would think that he would have them all custom designed, in my opinion.

I don't think he would have to go anywhere....the designers would give him clothes or at least some anyway...don't know which one he would prefer, but I would love to see him in a nice black Versace suit or the like

i think he would still be getting stuff from Lanksy and some custom made clothes. I also think designers would be throwing clothes his way.

If he were around today, think he'd probably have his own line in fashion. He had a good eye for style.

I think he would continue to have custom stuff made-but if he was in a shop and something caught his eye I'm sure he would buy it-he knew what he liked when he saw it and it really did not matter a lot where he saw it.

www.tcb-world.com/elvispictures - here you can find cool candid pics and a section on his street wardrobe. And here in the gallery section there are hundreds of photos where he's not performing.

Well interesting questions... mmm makes me thinking, I would assume he would still buy clothings from lansky, plus his store is still open..
Maybe he wouldn't go to Kohl's nor JCPesso..I meant JC Penney : but again who knows ? I will be so thrilled if i found him shopping some socks at Wal-Mart ....
