I know Elvis is very popular and many famous people are fans of his just out of curiosity I was wondering which famous celebrities are not Elvis fans?
I know Ray Charles wasn't
Spike Lee isn't

Well, I think Chuck Berry didn't like him that much.
And Bing Crosby wasn't his biggest fan either.

Michael Jackson wrote in Moonwalk that he was not a fan of Elvis and he didn't have any influence on him... Haha ...of course...
Poke a little sock salad...
Im suprised that Ray Charles wasn't a fan. There were alot of artists simliar to Ray i.e Fats domino, Jackie Wilson that seemed to like Elvis.
I think alot of those original 50s artists like Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee and Little Richard felt jelous of Elvis in a way and so came across as not liking him sometimes. But iv heard interviews with those ppl about Elvis' influence.
I'm sure there was a lot of jealousy, nobody hit it as big as he did/does still. Shows the immence talent of our Man!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember when Jerry Lee Lewis "The Killer", was arrested (I think was around 1976) for waving a gun out side Graceland? Na but he didn't mean no harm, he was just pissed (and to drunk) because the guards didn't let him in to visit his friend, "supposedly" Elvis was in L.A. or something.
Anyhow I think Jerry could not be regarded as a non fan, and actually I do tend to think that he loved the guy, he just was and still is sometimes to jealous about it, and thatīs when the put downs on Elvis came out of his whiskey soaked great singing throat.
You seem to have your way of describing things involving death!
Anyway.. a lot of rock stars from the 60's and 70's weren't too crazy about/for Elvis. If the opportunity arises they may add something positive.
In other cases, musicians share their opinion based on qualitative judgement, as Johnny Cash described Elvis' music as "overproduced". He was probably right, but it'd go too far to say Johnny simply hated him, LOL!
Of course jealousy played a key role as so many were keen to claim that title of the president of rock 'n roll (the US is a republic, so how can you ever have a king?)..
