The Complete Illustrated Record book is not the only book to refere to the artwork....The books "Elvis the Documentaries" and "Standing Room Only" by JAT also share this info.

SRO is a most interesting release–no doubt the informative booklet will put us all in the picture about the original concept of the album–fantastic to finally have the CD in our collections. Roll on March!
