    I've never heard the 1969 studio version on "This Time"? I didn't know there was a studio version!!! Holy cow! How did I miss that?

    1977 final performance I Just love it in someway its his last version and i glad that elvis still gave us this one before he left us i just love this version of his last concert

    The 1969 version is only a partial part of the song and its sung much slower with a different tempo and not a very serious attempt either. He certainly gave this little country tune a serious make-over before he debuted it during the 1970 Winter Vegas engagement.

    He also sang it in AUgust 1969, but it got better in 1970.

    The versions from 70-72 are the best imo. The 1969 versions are to slow for my taste.

    Agreed, the 8/10/70 version is so fast, though.
