These newspaper articles are from 12/26/1976.....2 days before Elvis would make his last Dallas appearance.It's a great tribute to him, and it turned out to be one of his better shows towards the end of his career.

Yes, this was the last time I would see him in person. The next "show" that I saw was EIC on 10/03/77...I was absolutely stunned.

OK...here is more of the article. You may have to read it like a jigsaw puzzle.
On a side note...here is an ad for one of Dallas' dinner theaters. As you can see the star is Richard Egan. Kind of funny that he ended up right next to Elvis in the paper.

Even today, I find it very interesting that even though this article was written in 1976, there isn't a single picture in the article that is any later than 1972!!!
