Yeah, how's that workin' for ya, as Dr Phil might say.

No, you don't rebuild: something for which the people of New Orleans will be forever grateful to Dubya.

Open your eyes, and realise that the world does not begin and end with LA and New York.

    Surprise factor: zero.
Wow! That was perfectly said. And as a born American I have to agree with everything you said. And if some Americans would just put aside their pride and accept that the problem we're facing today were all caused by Bush's War on Iraq which is costing hundreds of billions of US dollars to continue, along with his desire to take down Saddam Husein who wasn't even the 911 attacker to begin with. Osama Bin Laden was. Yet the wrong dictator is dead and the most dangerous is still alive and a world threat to us all. The fact is that even if Obama fails to deliver his promise for change, it's not because he didn't try. It's because Bush has set this country so far backwards that it's going to take years to fix all the damage done. Even Colin Powell admitted it Tuesday and said he hopes that the Republican party has learned something form all of this. Him Being a Republican and saying that is a smack in bush' face and deserved.

Btw, the last results came out this week and Bush' final approval ratings were an all time low for a exiting president, something like 16% in favor of a job well done. That tells you what America thinks of his job as president. I won't even go into the reasoning of the fools who were part of that 16%.

Any person or country that is caused harm by another has the right to speak out against it.

We did not force anyone to engage in this war on terror with us. The world is dependent on what the USA does or does not do. THAT is ridiculous. Everyone is quick to come running for help and they`re even quicker to judge us and bring the knives out of their cupboards ready to stab us in the back, once again.

Perhaps you should open your own eyes and realize for yourself that your world does not begin or end with L.A. or New York.

Security is not the absence of danger but the presence of God no matter what the danger.

We have "Brangelina" doing that for us...when they're not busy adopting and giving birth.

The lack of government help in sufficent time can be laid partly at the doorstep of the Louisianna Governor`s office and the Mayor of New Orleans himself. But, it`s much more convient to lay blame solely on one man....right?

Speaking of hurting, political topics on a message board always seam to turn in to this - nothing but rude, and insulting words.

You all want to change the world for the better, then how about treating each other with a little kindness & respect. This is a forum for discussing ELVIS PRESLEY - NOT POLITICAL VIEWS OR OPINIONS. If you wish to discuss politics, then we suggest you visit political themed forums & blogs to express your opinions.

This topic is now being CLOSED!

Also, all other topics with political themes will be closed as well. Should anymore be created or restarted, we will take action towards those who wish to continue the madness.
