caught in a trap elvis drama

hi i imagine a majority of you saw the elvis itv1 drama caught in a trap, its loosely based on the elvis fan who stole from parking metres to get her elvis souvenirs.
i watched it boxing day and found it to be quite a good little drama, i was worried about whether it would be taking the mick out of elvis fans, but i dont think so, it was quite a watchable thought provoking movie .

the real event inspired it, i enjoyed watching it , i must admit tho to being puzzled as to the scene where the court judge says to the fan Gemma perkins in the film , why Elvis miss perkins why not the beatles or something, well i think why not Elvis , is it just another swipe at us fans, its like they are saying when they pick on us that elvis isnt worth knowing or something.
well im proud to be a Elvis fan and never hide it atall.
but other than that question in the film the rest was a ok .
what do you all think about the film if youve seen it that is ?

yup i saw it could hardly hear it with all the family nattering away and the music playing but from what i saw it was a good drama i felt sorry for the woman and she seemed so quiet you would never have guessed hat she was up to and i think all he ment by saying why elvis he meant what was your reason for choosing that artist what seperates him from the rest

I haven't seen it, but I remember when in came out in the news...I hope they show it again, would like to see it...

Didn't she get some jail time, if I remember correctly...

yup sure she got some jail time and the items were sold and the money raised was paid back but i think she still has to pay some of the money but am not sure

Well, I don't know what Boxing Day is, I don't know what itv1 is and I've never heard of "Caught In A Trap", so, therefore, I can not give you an informed opinion.
