Follow that dream for me, love Elvis in this one, with the sand over his legs and jeans.

I dream a world where man no other man
will scorn. Where LOVE will bless the earth
and peace its paths adorn...
Hello there! It's G.I. Blues all the way for me. Elvis always looked good and was hard to resist, but in a uniform too...works everytime!

One of my favorite early 60's movies is KID GALAHAD!!!
Not too many songs, but the script was above average in my opinion, and the songs that were included in the film were still great quality as opposed to the mid 60's!

follow that dream gets my vote I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Watched it lastnight, and loved it as much as i did the first time.
The court scene where they are fighting for the kids is imo one of elvis' finest acting performances..
"How do I get placed in situations like this? Ah hell, I guess it's all part of showbusiness "~ Elvis in his limo on his way to perform in Omaha, NE on June 19th 1977
I really enjoyed watching "Follow That Dream"It's a real feel-good movie with a cheerful and uplifting soundtrack
Elvis didn't look bad in it either!

Sooo! Did he let his hair go back to its natural color for Follow That Dream? Or was it dyed lt brown? My favorite line from this movie, Elvis and the caseworker are discussing his not wanting to be 'bothered' by females and he retorts " The bothering part's okay, but I don't want to get married and build a house so's I can be bothered regular!"
I love the scene in Kid Galahad where he falls for Rose at first sight! That was just too meet-cute! I wish they had explored more why Bronson's character had a bum foot - they show him limping, but don't really explain why [or did I miss that?]- I think those two could have had a little more dialog together.
Just pretend, I'm holding you, and whispering things soft and low.
And think of me, how it's gonna be and just pretend I didn't go
G.I. Blues.
First ever Elvis film I saw and I still love it!
'It Happened At The World's Fair' is my favorite Elvis film! It was the last one I needed when I started collecting his movies in 2003, and a friend of mine sent me a copy to complete my collection.
I watched it over and over and just loved it. I don't know, the whole look and feel of the film just won me over. And I love the soundtrack. It was one of the first FTD albums I bought.

I really like Wild in the Country- I think Elvis' acting in that film is brilliant- I know the film didn't do too well with the audience- maybe people found it too serious- but I think it is great!
