I think King Creole was his favorite.
I know elvis was not always happy with the movies he made but which movie/s do you think elvis would reflect on and say he gave a good acting performance to be proud of?
I would say King Creole or Love me Tender? He gave great dramatic performances in both films.
All comments welcome
I think King Creole was his favorite.
ELVIS ALWAYS
King Creole was directed by Michael Curtiz who directed Casablanca. Of course it was his favorite movie... it wasn't dumb in any way and he could act like he wished to. But I think he enjoyed filming and he liked a few of them up to the mid '60s. Maybe Viva Las Vegas was the last one he really enjoyed making.
Poke a little sock salad...
King Creole i would chose to believe as a movie that elvis would be proud of
If Tears Could Build A Stairway, And Memories A Lane, I'd Walk Right Up To Heaven And Bring You Home Again -
King Creole, and i agree with him
King Creole was Elvis' favorite movie.
The One and Only King of Rock'n'Roll.
King Creole 100% what have some of the people around said was his favorite I wonder?![]()
Son if you ever say another derogatory word about Elvis Aaron Presley I WILL KICK THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF YOU!~
King Creole was his favorite..............I think he was proud of the first four movies. Also I think he was proud of Flaming Star and Wild In The Country, and maybe Change Of Habit.
IMO as good as King Creole was I think he was most proud of Flaming Star the most because of his Indian heritage brought to the forefront of the movie. It meant alot to him personally.
Elvis is on record as saying King Creole was his favourite movie. He said this to many of his friends and family and it is mentioned in several books. I'm sure he liked Flaming Star a lot - as do most of us - but I don't think he was seriously thinking of his own heritage whilst making it.
Getlo - cute'n'cuddly
I go for King Creole as Elvis' favorite. But the first eight movies were verytoo.

Let the stars fade and fall, and I won't care at all, as long as I have you.
