    Cry

Which Elvis song first made you cry? The one that did it for me when I first heard it was "Old Shep".

"The Wonder Of You" in "That's The Way It Is". But these songs made me cry as well: "You're So Young And Beautiful" in Jailhouse Rock, "Bridge Over Troubled Water", "I've Lost You", "You've Lost That Loving Feeling", "What Now My Love".

4 me its............'Mama Liked The Roses.
Oh, mama liked the roses she grew them in the yard
But Winter always came around and
made the growing way too hard
Oh, mama liked the roses and when she had the time
She'd decorate the living room, for all us kids to see
When I hear the Sunday bells ringing in the morning
I remember crying when she used to sing
Oh, mama liked the roses but most of all she cared

About the way we learned to live
And if we said our prayers

You know I kept the family bible
With a rose that she saved inside
It was pressed between the pages
Like it had found a place to hide

Oh, mama liked the roses in such a special way
We bring them every Mother's Day
And put them on her grave
Oh, mama liked the roses Mmmm
    Mama liked the roses

I was 15 when I lost my mom and I couldn't stop crying whenever i listened to " Mama liked the roses " my mom liked roses alot and she had grown various kind of roses in our yard, Then the song really suited her specially the way elvis sings it , so emotionally and heartbroken. Most of the times After "mama liked the roses " I would listen to " A bridge over troubled water " and I cried again but This crying was different , I would feel that he was trying to console me with this song and I could rely on him in my bitter moments. I cry listening to " And i love you so " too. be cause I just feel his loneliness. other songs in different moods also make me cry like: You've lost that loving feeling, make the world goway, there goes my everything, snowbird, memories , I'll remember you and etc........

He was the firstest with the mostest.

To me "Always on my Mind" (for being in love)

"I am now a central part
    Of your mindīs landscape
Wheter you care or do not
Yeah, Iīve made up your mind"
