Two poems

Even though I’ve never met you.
You’ve been a light to help me through.
When I’ve been down you put a smile on my face.
Where you once lived id an awesome place.
I’ve been there not once but twice.
Betimes I enjoyed and thought it was nice.
You were gone before I was alive.
But in your music you still survive.
Though somewhat cheesy your moved are so fun.
In watching them what I’m going through it doesn’t matter if I’ve lost or won.
You were so amazing a talent rare and true.
And to let you know I’m so glad I’m a fan of you.
Though I haven’t been one for very long.
I love you and enjoy each and every song.
It’d be cool if you were still here today.
But in the hearts of millions you will stay.

He moved like no other ones before.
His moves, his looks, his songs, his voice made screaming girls hit the floor.
Then all too soon he was dead on and gone.
Not wanting to believe it was hard to move on.
Just a poor boy not a penny to his name.
How he changed the music scene that it’ll never be the same.
And he was rock and roll down to every limb.
And we will always remember him.
I was born after he had died.
Still for him tears I’ve cried.
Year after year people prove they’re a faithful fan.
They show love, honor and respect to the man.
And in our hearts he lives on.
And in his music he’ll never be gone.
