Interesting info. I always did like Larry. He seemed like one of the few loyal people around Elvis at the end. Thanks for posting this.![]()
Larry Geller is working on a new documentary about Elvis, the roots of Elvis and his impact on fans. Working title is "Elvis Presley Boulevard", and the targeted premiere date is August 2009 (Elvis Week, Memphis). Larry was the special guest at the first Elvis Weekend in Bischofsgrün (Germany), put together by top collector Markus Henfling. Two hundred fans (= a full 4 star hotel) attended the weekend, which was sold out since July last year.

I just met Larry and his wife last weekend and I'm very impressedHe's a very nice person and I hope to meet him again someday
He did mention that new documentary but I didn't know about the release date yet...
Yepper, and they where in Memphis during Elvis Week 2008....Guess who they filmed...LOL They also filmed Dean Z, Will Debley, and the band we used for the show. So I hope they don't edit me out. LOL
Love to all,
Tim
I can do an impersonation of Larry Geller which is so breathtakingly accurate that it frightens my wife.
'Taking Care of Beaulieu'.
Go out and buy a bag of fertilizer, then read the ingredients on it.
Pretty much the same thing as anything coming from Geller ...!
Getlo - cute'n'cuddly
I also think Larry was a true friend to Elvis and I would buy his new book for sure. I have read his books and enjoy them!! Thanks Jen, it is great of you to share this news with us. Dovey![]()
Larry Geller is a good old man who was a great friend of Elvis.. Till the end, they appreciated each other's company. He was the one that shared Elvis' interest in spirutal side of things.. I'll always like him for that. I hope he does well in life
I think Larrys friendship with Elvis was mainly because Elvis wanted to talk seriously with others about things which the bulk of the other guys had no real interest in- religions, the purpose and reason of life, destiny etc....
I don't know how you're getting these but I'm calling the police![]()
