Brigitte Heitzer, who played the lead role in the Dutch musical version of ‘Evita’, will play a main part in a musical about Elvis. Joop Van De Ende Theater Productions confirmed the news. In the next few weeks, there will be auditions to complete the cast. The musical will not be about Elvis’ life, but the story is build around his songs. The synopsis of the story is not revealed at this time and the date of the premiere is not set for the moment. Heitzer was the winner of the talent contest ‘The Search for Evita’.
