When I am detailing my Jeep and people walk by and ask "you want to detail mine?" I hate that **** question.
"When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was a hero in the movie. So every dream that I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times. I learned very early in life that without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend; without a song. So I keep singing a song." - Elvis Presley
I work retail, too. What I hate is when customers see me at OTHER stores and ask me for help. "I'm sorry, I don't work here." Once a woman yelled at me, "Yes, you do!" She honestly thought I was just putting her off! Actually, that incident made my day - it was just too funny. It was all I could do to keep from saying, "whatcha gonna do? Get me fired?"
Just pretend, I'm holding you, and whispering things soft and low.
And think of me, how it's gonna be and just pretend I didn't go
Really surprised that this one hasn`t made an appearance yet!....... "You`re not wearing THAT,are you??"......"Of course not dear, this is just something I put on when I`m travelling between the wardrobe and the bathroom"......![]()

I was mowing my lawn last summer, and a lady passing by asked what I charged. I told her "The woman who lives here lets me sleep with her!"

If you're an Elvis Fan no explanation is necessary.
If you're not, no explanation is possible:
"Why do you like Priscilla Presley?"
'Taking Care of Beaulieu'.
"More people today should see him not simply as a performer, but as an artist with a great soul."
